摘要: Molar volume and sound velocity measurements were carried out in the liquid Sb–Te system as a function of temperature composition. Results obtained have been used to deduce compressibility thermal expansion coefficient. adiabatic show distinct cusp at Sb 2 Te 3 composition, which suggests persistence stable association liquid. At low temperatures near liquidus line, mentioned thermodynamic parameters behaviour characteristic structural changes with temperature. Large specific heat anomaly reported previously can be ruled from present experiments.
