摘要: Abstract purpose: To determine the incidence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients treated with corticosteroids. and methods: The tract was assessed a cohort 19,880 from Michigan Medicaid billing database dermatitis and/ or asthma corticosteroids during 1980 to 1984. frequency within 60 days after each corticosteroid prescription. results: without past history who were exposed only 2.8 cases per 10,000 person-months. rate notably higher receiving anticoagulants those prior (23.0 15.9 person-months, respectively). conclusion: Because ambulatory is so low, prophylactic therapy should be restricted high-risk patients, if it used at all.
