摘要: Received March 5, 2004; revision accepted May 30, 2005Studies on the development of common lilac cv. Mme Florent Stepman inflorescence buds and flowers were carriedout in 2001–2002 order to observe flower organs before after winter dormancy during thefollowing phenological phases: bud swelling, elongation, whitening, budswelling flowering anthesis. The hypogynous, actinomorphic perfect conforms general patternof Oleaceae. calyx is four-lobed, four-lobed corolla gamopetalous with a cylindrical basal tube. Twostamens are basally fused corolla. anthers tetrasporangiate, uniseriate epidermis, bilayeredendothecium, single middle layer, secretory, binucleate tapetum. Microspore tetrads isobilateral thepollen grains spherical, three-colpate two-celled. ovary superior bilocular. Four anatropous,unitegmic tenuinucellar ovules formed. female gametophyte Polygonum-type. Flowerprimordia differentiation starts midsummer lasts until autumn. Before entering dormancy, microspore meiosiswas discernible lower part inflorescence. ovular primordia differentiate winterdormancy. During breaking pollen mother cells ovuleprimordia observed. cell meiosis occuredin anthers, archesporial megaspores was present ovules. whitening flowerbud breaking, young microspores observed developing visible In thelast phase, dehisced organized.
