摘要: A comparative study of floral ontogeny in normal and double-flowered phenotype Syringa vulgaris was conducted using the epi-illumination light microscopy. In wild phenotype, differentiation starts with calyx inception formation four sepals orthogonal positions (two median two lateral). The corolla emerges as a continuous ring-like structure leading to appearance petal lobes alternating sepals. Androecium formed by initiation stamen primordia transverse plane finally bicarpellate gynoecium position. case lilac, there are supernumerary petals an additional whorl. ring meristem is acropetally after first whorl initiates. Stamens carpels initiated similarly well wild-type plants. However, position stamens deviates from typical situation. It seems that appearing extra did not exhibit any adverse effect on other whorls, terms organ identity. Therefore, it would be suggested represents neoheterotopy, whorl, rather than homoheterotopy transformation ancestral androecium into petals.
