摘要: Abstract In vitro receptor binding techniques were used to identify the cellular location of nicotinic and muscarinic cholinergic μ-opiate receptors in fronto-parietal region rat cerebral neocortex. Changes normal pattern ligands for these 3 examined a series adjacent sections after unilateral thalamic fiber or cortical cell lesions. Thalamocortical fibers destroyed by making either electrolytic lesions kainic acid injections centered ventrobasal complex. These reduced labeling ([3H]nicotine) ([3H]DAGO) while they did not affect ([3H]quinuclidinyl benzilate ([3H]QNB)) labeling. Intracortical quinolinic (QA) destroy neurons spare extrinsic fibers. Cortical QA markedly labeling, but had no significant effect on at short survivals. Our results suggest that subset is located presynaptically specific thalamo-cortical fibers, are primarily neurons. Receptors type appear be both terminals intrinsic The differences types each one modulates discrete aspects processing.
