摘要: A mouse monoclonal antibody, MAb b-12, has been described previously (Stahli et al. 1985) which reacts with a Mr 350 kD glycoprotein mucin-like characteristics 1987) expressed in cytoplasm and on the surface of human breast carcinoma cell lines (MCF-7 ZR-75-1). In present report immunohistochemical reactivity this normal malignant tissues is analyzed. Pre-experiments showed that epitope b-12 resistant to formalin treatment allowing use tissue processed by standard paraffin embedding methods. 167 408 neoplastic were tested indirect immunofluorescence or avidin-biotin complex method. stained apical secretory epithelia their secretions including acinar ductular breast. It reacted all carcinomas independent histological type stage, frequently but some cases fraction tumour cells. Some other carcinomas, primarily those adenomatous differentiation, also reactive. these, however, positive cells was usually lower. The thus marker for functions, particularly types stages, perhaps differentiation abortive solid gastro-intestinal, uro-genital respiratory tract.
