摘要: The differential expression of the tumor-associated glycoproteins MCA, CA 125 and BW 495/36-P was investigated in 11 renal cell carcinomas urinary bladder compared with their non-neoplastic tissue preparations from kidney (n = 9) 12). were demonstrated immunohistologically frozen sections additionally, some cases, paraffin sections. MCA positive cells present all except for a grade I transitional carcinoma bladder, which no MCA-expression could be detected. In mainly distal tubuli stained by antibodies against these two glycoproteins. Carcinoma showed an increased both epitopes. 125, comparison, strongly expressed 3 but only shown few single carcinoma. Normal very isolated epithelial cells. Apart this distribution, strong staining connective fibers antibody seen sections, not This leads to supposition that structures there is cryptantigen.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
