摘要: Abstract TeO 2 /SnO nanowires were synthesized by a two-step process comprising the thermal evaporation of Te powders and atomic layer deposition SnO . Transmission electron microscopy X-ray diffraction analysis results indicate that cores shells coaxial are polycrystalline monoclinic-type simple orthorhombic-type , respectively, although amorphous before annealing. Photoluminescence measurement shows have blue emission band centered at approximately 460 nm. The is slightly enhanced in intensity sheathing them with further annealing reducing atmosphere. Energy-dispersive spectroscopy concentration profiles suggest enhancement attributed to increases both O vacancy Sn interstitial concentrations during process.
