摘要: Magnetic resonance fingerprinting (MRF) quantifies various properties simultaneously by matching measurements to a dictionary of precomputed signals. We propose extend the MRF framework using database introduce additional parameters and spatial characteristics dictionary. show that, with an adequate technique which includes update selected fingerprints in parameter space, it is possible reconstruct parametric maps, synthesize modalities, label tissue types at same time directly from acquisition. compare (1) relaxation maps spatiotemporal against temporal dictionary, (2) synthetic diffusion metrics versus those obtained standard acquisition, (3) anatomical labels generated signals established segmentation method, demonstrating potential for multiparametric brain mapping.
