摘要: Adinazolam mesylate labeled with stable isotopes was synthesized for conducting bioavailability studies. uniformly carbon-13, >99% enrichment, in the unsubstituted phenyl ring prepared administration as drug. In addition, adinazolam also dual-labeled drug, and deuterium, six atoms per molecule, N-methyl groups. The double-labeled material use an internal standard mass spectral assay procedure to be employed study.
