摘要: There is hardly a single process in the living plant cell that does not require biochemical and physiological involvement of isoprenoids. It thus great theoretical as well practical interest to have profound knowledge how those various classes compounds are synthesized, what properties enzymes participating this synthesis regulated by factors depending on demand developing mature for isoprenoids prenyllipids. Although large body information available structures myriad occurring plants isolated so far, many details be discussed contribution frequently been learned through experiments first performed with animal cells or yeast, systems that, at least far variety isoprenoid end products concerned, complex plants. Therefore, an important purpose article consider feasibility regulatory other models developed non-plant might likely explain some features enzymology biosynthesis.
