Towards a Model of Cloud Computing Services for SMEs

摘要: Cloud computing can provide significant competitive advantages to the Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) by reducing costs through a more scalable IT infrastructure model. However, adoption of cloud based services also entail and risks. The SMEs need determine path adopting that would ensure their sustainable presence in environment. Extant literature on is relatively new but burgeoning research area. Most papers this field are normative nature lack empirical validation. Through mixed-methods design, we develop test model SMEs. This will assist cloud-based strategy for improved business performance.
