摘要: The effects of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the progress secondary damage following traumatic spinal cord injury were investigated. early onset significantly diminished number apoptotic cells 1 day after injury. However, did not influence proliferation macrophages or activated microglia. gene expression glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) and inducible nitric oxide synthetase (iNOS) was attenuated in groups compared with control group. down-regulation confirmed by immunohistochemical staining. Early shown to effectively suppress apoptosis perhaps via inhibition iNOS despite GDNF gene.
