摘要: Flower-like ZnO was prepared by using ZnCl2 and NH3·H2O as starting materials employing a simple microwave synthesis method. The result shows that flower-like microcrystal is obtained with 15mL dropped into solution power of 240W for 20 mins simultaneously. Microstructure surface morphology were investigated in detail XRD, SEM. XRD pattern shows, as-prepared particles are highly crystallized wurtzite structure, SEM demonstrates flower structure closely composed petaloid unit consists series the bottom thick top thin nanorods. By researching on PL properties ZnO, spectra it has three emission peaks. Then approximate analysis causes every peak made. A growth mechanism also made theory finally.
