摘要: In recent years, the link between regulatory microRNAs (miRNAs) and diseases has been object of intensive research. miRNAs have emerged as key mediators metabolic processes, playing crucial roles in maintaining/altering physiological including energy balance homeostasis. Altered expression reported association with obesity, both animal human studies. Dysregulation may affect status functions different tissues organs, adipose tissue, pancreas, liver, muscle, possibly contributing to abnormalities associated obesity obesity-related diseases. More recently, discovery circulating easily detectable plasma other body fluids emphasized their potential endocrine signaling molecules disease indicators. this review, current research on role related is summarized discussed.
