摘要: We have isolated cDNAs encoding kinases from a murine pre-B cell line by screening lambda gt11 cDNA expression library with anti-phosphotyrosine antibodies. One was identified to encode the previously tyrosine kinase c-lyn. Among remaining clones, we characterized novel which designated TIK. Sequence analysis of this indicates that TIK enzyme lacks features thought be conserved among protein kinases. Although on basis its reactivity antibody, found only serine and threonine activity. The amino-terminal portion contains cdc2 phosphorylation consensus sequence. Three mRNA transcripts derived gene are detected in variety adult tissues.
