摘要: Abstract Histamine, which is a naturally occurring chemical in seafood, known to cause undesirable inflammatory response when consumed large amounts. Histamine produced unsafe amounts colored seafood improperly stored for just few hours. Food and health regulatory bodies across the world have guidelines limiting amount of histamine fresh as well processed seafood. Conventional detection performed testing labs, slow process results bottlenecks supply-chain system. A system rapidly detect levels on site very desirable suppliers. Herein, we describe an impedance-based sensor built flexible substrate that can range 100–500 ppm. Moreover, our discriminates presence DL-histidine other biogenic amines, with selectivity provided by molecular imprinting technology. As proof concept, smartphone controlled, portable semi-quantitative sensing device was fabricated gave out reliable different test solutions real We believe this technology be extended towards determination food contaminants aqueous solutions.
