摘要: A data processing system having a central processor unit (CPU) and memory further including high speed, or "burst multiplexer", channel for permitting direct access to the by an input/output (I/O) device without need use registers control signals from unit. The speed utilizes its own port separate that of CPU includes internal paths transferring addresses between I/O memory. allocation (MAP) which can be loaded transfer via substantially same common path as transfer. Appropriate logic is also included address transfers MAP load dump operations so blocks words transferred sequentially directly
