摘要: SummaryBackground Fatigue is common in Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC). Data on fatigue newly diagnosed patients are unavailable. Aim To report prevalence of CD UC examine its association with health-related quality life (HRQOL), depression disability. Methods The Ocean State Colitis Area Registry (OSCCAR) a statewide cohort inflammatory bowel Rhode Island. Fatigue was assessed using the Functional Assessment Chronic Illness Therapy-Fatigue Scale. Patients were administered instruments measuring HRQOL, overall disability work impairment, depression. Results Fatigue prevalent 26.4% 220 subjects.
