摘要: Background: Malnutrition is more common in patients with end stage renal disease undergoing hemodialysis. The aim of the study was to assess relation between serum prealbumin other biochemical markers malnutrition hemodialysis. Method: 50 controls and 47 chronic kidney on hemodialysis were enrolled study. Prealbumin, albumin, urea, creatinine, total cholesterol, prothrombin time hsCRP estimated samples. Result: data present showed significant decrease prealbumin, increase creatinine . Also, we found correlation level parameters used for assessment (p value <0.05), ROC analysis at optimum cutoff 29.5 mg/dl can predict person subjected 5 diseases 72 % sensitivity 60% specificity. Conclusion: The concludes that Prealbumin be surrogate marker when compared CKD patient
