摘要: This study tested aspects of a new theory (Kelsey, 1986) the etiology and pathophysiology primary Raynaud’s phenomenon. phenomenon is defined as an episode vasoconstriction, or vasospasm, small cutaneous arteries arterioles in extremities that causes severe reduction blood flow corresponding decrease temperature skin affected areas (Coffman & Davies, 1975; Gifford Hines, 1957). These vasospastic episodes usually affect fingers, causing them to turn cold, numb, white; thus, characterized “episodic ischemia digits” (Halperin Coffman, 1979, p. 89). The further classified into secondary forms. Primary phenomenon, also known disease, refers idiopathic manifestations disorder, whereas disorder are symptomatic underlying such scleroderma.
