摘要: Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase is a unique DNA polymerase that can carry out synthesis on an initiator molecule in the absence of template. The usefulness this enzyme as biological marker for following patients during treatment and remission has been suggested. potential predicting onset relapse before any morphological indications demonstrated chronic myelogenous leukemia blast phase disease. In order to be able detect low levels TdT activity especially phase, we have used cell separation techniques which enrich populations containing activity. A number developed separate different types. We unit gravity sedimentation free flow electrophoresis achieve enrichment positive populations. Our results show up 20 fold normal human bone marrow accomplished by using techniques. With use electrophoresis, achieved from marrow, cells with acute lymphoblastic No were detected leukemia. These should prove useful early detection remission.
