Influence of Doping Concentration on Dielectric, Optical, and Morphological Properties of PMMA Thin Films

摘要: PMMA thin films were deposited by sol gel spin coating method on ITO substrates. Toluene was used as the solvent to dissolve powder. The concentration varied from 30 ~ 120 mg. dielectric properties measured at frequency of 0 100 kHz. permittivity in range 7.3 7.5 which decreased increased. loss is 0.01 –0.01. All samples show characteristics have less than 0.05. optical for room temperature across 200 1000 nm wavelength region. are highly transparent. energy band gaps 3.6 eV 3.9 when morphologies that all uniform and surface roughness increased From this study, it known that, dielectric, optical, morphology influenced amount solution.
