摘要: The growing attention that non-coding RNAs have attracted in the field of cancer research recent years is undeniable. Whether investigated as prospective therapeutic targets or prognostic indicators diagnostic biomarkers, clinical relevance these molecules starting to emerge. In addition, identification a plethora body fluids has further positioned attractive non-invasive biomarkers. This review will first provide an overview synthetic cascade leads production small microRNAs (miRNAs) and presents their strengths biomarkers disease. Our interest next be directed at exploring utility miRNAs two types cancer: brain tumor glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) breast cancer. Finally, we discuss additional implications associated with miRNA detection well introduce other generated community.
