摘要: Recently, the American College of Cardiology, Heart Association, and Rhythm Society published an updated guideline on management atrial fibrillation (AF). This document is a complete revision 2006 guideline. Prominent changes in 2014 include use CHA2DS2-VASc score for risk stratification stroke, recommendations when how to newer oral anticoagulants thromboprophylaxis, downgrading aspirin thromboprophylaxis moderate-risk patients, catheter ablation selected patients as first-line therapy paroxysmal AF.
