摘要: The invention discloses an aptamer sensor for detecting polychlorinated biphenyl and a preparation method of the sensor, belongs to technical field electrochemical biosensors. According gold film is sputtered on boron-doped diamond (1), high-density nanoparticles (2) are obtained through annealing or etching method, (3) self-assembled nanoparticles, single-stranded DNA RNA with high target affinity used biphenyl-77 hydroxylated biphenyl. Mercaptoethanol can also be occupying blank site, which not occupied by aptamer, so that non-specific adsorption reduced.The has advantages strong specificity, sensitivity, low detection limit, in-situ rapid detection, stability, simple process, cost performance. mercaptoethanol removed, restored initial state then reassembled use.
