摘要: Abstract An electrochemical aptasensor for ultrasensitive detection of hydroxylated polychlorinated biphenyl (OH-PCB) was developed. In this work, the sulfydryl aptamer selected OH-PCB easily immobilized on surface modified glassy carbon electrode via Au-S bond due to incorporation gold nanoparticles/poly dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride-graphene composite. The fabrication process characterized by impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. peak currents obtained differential pulse voltammetry decreased with increasing concentrations. current responded approximately logarithmically concentration ranging from 2.9 × 10−11 M 2.9 × 10−7 M excellent linear correlation performance. limit estimated as low 5.3 × 10−12 M. developed method had been successfully applied analyzing lake water. Particularly, opens up a new perspective in environmental monitoring identification.
