摘要: With the number of vehicles traveling every year increasing, it is becoming more important to make trip as efficient possible. This leads question, possible recover a fraction energy that use? paper explores winds produced by road at high speeds and, extension, speed rail and design device successfully captures converts this wind into usable electricity. ANSYS Fluent Solidworks Flow Simulation were used obtain induced profiles vehicles. A novel small scale Savonius turbine was then designed constructed around reasonable perimeters for application tested efficiency. The results simulations experimental testing are provided prove proposed harvesting concept has potential commercial use.
