摘要: The results of an experimental study coaxial exciplex lamps pumped by various types discharge (the longitudinal discharge, barrier or continuous glow discharge) are presented. mixture compositions and pressures as well the pumping pulse parameters have been optimized for production radiation with λ = 193, 222, 249, 308 350 nm.
