Size-Dependent Time-Resolved Photoluminescence of Colloidal CdSe Nanocrystals

摘要: Monodisperse colloidal CdSe nanocrystals (NCs) with different sizes were synthesized, and the time-resolved photoluminescence (PL) spectra measured to explore evolution of surface states during NC’s growth. The PL quantum yield, fluorescence lifetime, surface-related emission had identical size dependence. role nonradiative/radiative in carrier dynamics was discussed.
