摘要: This paper proposes a simple multiple input output (MIMO) microstrip patch antenna for superwideband applications. The has percentage bandwidth of 182.17% (14–300)GHz and also supports two significant frequency bands having 2.35GHz (0.1–2.45GHz) 2.1GHz (7.2–9.3GHz). For all frequencies the impedance is matched with 50 Ω coplanar waveguide feeding. simulated using CST Microwave Studio software. −30dB isolation between MIMO ports envelope correlation coefficient value below 0.1 makes an ideal candidate antenna. Furthermore 53dB front to back ratio 33dB directivity more than 88% radiation efficiency found in simulation result. Integration this microwave integrated circuits possible. Design details results are presented.
