摘要: In the last few decades, bioluminescent systems based on expression of a luciferase and addition luciferin to monitor emission light have become very important tools for biological investigations. A growing proportion these use coelenterazine or analogues imidazo[1,2-a]pyrazine luciferins along with photoproteins luciferases from sea creatures such as Aequorea, Renilla, Gaussia Oplophorus. Central success are synthetic pathways developed not only prepare naturally occurring luciferins, but also design altered compounds that exhibit improved bioluminescence. Current work is indeed focused exhibiting extended luminescence ("glow" systems) redshifted wavelengths, well constructions better adapted conditions in cells vivo. This review describes used research efforts aimed at preparing even suited assays.
