摘要: Summary: In this study 17 male and 100 female cases with lupus nephritis were divided into four groups according to their clinical features at presentation. Each case was compared in order identify sex-linked differences disease manifestations as well underlying histopathological ultimate prognosis. the World Health Organization (WHO) histologic criteria used for classification purposes. all patients, age, chronicity index, duration of activity before kidney biopsy follow-up periods statistically similar two males females. However, had a significantly higher index comparison females time initial biopsy. addition, diffuse proliferative histopathology more common (P= 0.002). Moreover, renal patient survival shorter 0.0024, P= 0.0165, respectively). proportions severe presenting hypertension, reduced creatinine clearance, massive proteinuria levels complement leading end-stage among patients. conclusion, our data indicates that is progressive cases. addition its almost always lesions, poorer them.
