摘要: Purpose: Lupus nephritis is one of the most serious manifestations Systemic lupus erythematosis and it a major cause morbidity mortality. The aim this study to compare males females in presentations. Material Methods: A cross-sectional performed on forty five patients with biopsy proven Nephritis including 32 13 males. All assessed by questionnaire form investigated for hematological, biochemical, immunological, serological, urinalysis, 24hrs urinary protein excretion. Results: current shows female predominance 32(71.1%) compared 13(28.9%) male. Class IV 15(33.3%) was common type followed class III 9(20.9%).The male develop early course than females, they were more commonly had hypertension edema, cardiovascular, pulmonary, central nervous system extra renal manifestation while mucocutaneous commonest further proliferative females.
