摘要: Abstract This paper deals with the simultaneous removal of sulfur from commercial kerosene at room temperature using sorbents containing NiFe 2 O 4 nanoparticles. The nanocrystalline based were prepared combustion route. effect fuel content on surface properties and desulferization activity Ni/Fe mixed oxide has been studied. It was observed that incorporation metal cations (Ni 2+ ) into hematite (α-Fe 3 crystal structure alters investigated oxides, which in turn depends nature concentration incorporated cation released heat during process. modifying resultant area could be directly related to variations rate growth solids studied depending upon preparation temperature. Interestingly, all ferrites exhibit a narrow pore size distribution range 0.9–2 nm. capacity adsorb evaluated terms their textural chemical characteristics.
