摘要: The purpose of this paper is to investigate the sensitivity a recently proposed non-parametric approach technical efficiency measurement. Using data set Belgian municipalities, we analyze Free Disposal Hull (FDH) with respect number input and output dimensions sample size, consider impact outliers on scores. We finally effects using variety alternative (radial) measures.
