摘要: Abstract In contrast to mammalian systems, avian species lack a resident or harvestable macrophage population in the abdominal exudate. Peritoneal macrophages chicken can be elicited if an inflammatory agent such as sephadex is injected. This study examines kinetics of different populations, derived by methods isolation and from hosts, with respect oxidative burst upon infection host-adapted Salmonella serotypes. The nature murine avian-derived cell line was determined after stimulation phorbol myristate (PMA), zymosan A, Both peritoneal macrophages, blood monocytes corresponding lines, J774A.1 HD-11, were unable produce detectable chemiluminescent (CL) response interaction using luminescent probe luminol. However, both PMA A induced CL all types, eliciting higher earlier peak (pkH) than A.
