摘要: Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is an cell-specific mitogen and angiogenic inducer as well a mediator of vascular permeability. VEGF essential for developmental angiogenesis also required female reproductive functions endochondral bone formation. Substantial evidence implicates in tumors intraocular neovascular syndromes. Currently, several clinical trials are ongoing to test the hypothesis that inhibition activity may be beneficial these conditions.
