摘要: This study was aimed at identifying the renal sites of antinatriuretic action insulin by evaluating whether this hormone may alter function Na-K-ATPase in specific nephron segments. For purpose, possible actions on rate 86Rb uptake were evaluated vitro single segments proximal convoluted tubule (PCT), thick ascending limb, and collecting microdissected from collagenase-treated kidneys normal rats. Results indicate that physiological concentrations inhibited 44% initial ouabain-sensitive medullary cortical whereas it increased 40% tubules 60% both tubules. The kinetics dose dependence different PCT, tubule, with latter less sensitive but displaying an earlier response to than PCT limb.
