摘要: We have previously reported the cloning of cDNAs coding for two isoforms (termed C alpha and beta) catalytic (C) subunit cAMP-dependent protein kinase (Uhler, M., Chrivia, J., McKnight, G. S. (1986) J. Biol. Chem. 261, 15360-15363). constructed cDNA expression vectors beta proteins using mouse metallothionein promoter so that mRNA transcripts from are inducible with Zn. In stable transformants NIH 3T3 AtT-20 cells, induction both Zn increases as well cAMP-independent activity. The synthesized these can be detected by Western blot analysis slightly different molecular weights determined sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
