摘要: Abstract 1. Evidence is presented for the occurrence of a very stable RNA core (S4-RNA) in “native” 16S that also present 30S subunit Escherichia coli . A model giving approximate location this presented. 2. It proposed (a) S4-RNA acts as nucleus assembly subunit, and (b) small class “linkage” proteins, including S4, further facilitate proteins to RNA, thereby explaining some “cooperative” effects are observed during vitro assembly. 3. importance functioning ribosome discussed.
