摘要: Abstract Aims In this study, we determined the expression level of miRNAs and induction CYP1A1 CYP2B1 in livers ovaries female Wistar rats treated with DDT, benzo[a]pyrene (BP), 3-methylcholanthrene (MC). This study compared CYP1A/2B miRNA levels to cast light on a possible role tissue-specific CYPs. Main methods The CYP1A1/2B1 enzymes was detected by ethoxy-, pentoxyresorufin O-dealkylation Western blot analysis. gene RT—real time PCR. Relative for selected silico miR species were real PCR small nuclear U6 RNA employed as reference gene. Key findings After bioinformatic analysis, miR-21, 221, 222, 429 chosen potential post-transcriptional regulators rat CYP1A CYP2B. It shown that decreased liver DDT-, BP-, MC-treated rats, whereas increases observed mRNA protein content, EROD PROD activities. Conversely, tendency elevated inducer-treated observed. ovaries, high observed, although content enzyme activity not visible. Significance These data suggest involvement regulation CYP2B chemically induced rats.
