摘要: The chemical constituents of the aerial parts Micromeria inodora (Desf.) Benth. (Lamiaceae) collected in western Algeria, an aromatic shrub traditionally consumed as herbal remedy, have been characterized. Secondary metabolites were extracted using sequential extractions with solvents at different polarity, and they determined integrated nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) high-performance liquid chromatography coupled mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) approach. composition essential oil obtained by hydrodistillation was characterized gas chromatography-mass (GC-MS), aroma profile analysed head-space solid phase micro extraction (HS-SPME) GC-MS. NMR LC-MSn analyses revealed presence aglyconic glycosylated flavonoids, phenylpropanoid derivatives triterpenoid acids, mainly methanol, dichloromethane n-hexane extracts. analysis allowed to identify 66 components, oxygenated mono- sesquiterpenes (38.2 % 32.0 %, respectively) sesquiterpene hydrocarbons (10.8 %). HS-SPME-GC-MS 45 volatile compounds, among which monoterpenes appeared be most abundant (65.8 %), followed (16.4 %) monoterpene (10.6 Overall, these data indicate that M. could a potential source antioxidants bioactive represent starting point for further research on this plant species.
