摘要: This study describes the clinical, roentgenologic, and histopathologic studies of pulmonary toxicity induced by treatment with bleomycin. In 168 patients evaluable cases who were treated different dose schedules bleomycin, overall incidence was 39.8%. The mean total producing damage about 100-150 mg/m2. 31 (46%), changes detected only after systematic auscultation lungs (fine crepitant rales at one or both bases). 36 (54%), roentgenograms showed reticular micronodular lesions located mostly lower lung zones costophrenic angle 1-2 weeks crepitations noted. seven postmortem examination revealed hyperplasia endoalveolar migration type II pneumocytes macrophages, fibrinous edema, hyaline membranes, newly formed collagen fibers within alveolar septa. radiologic findings consistent diagnosis interstitial pneumonia. These reactions represent a delayed dose-dependent bleomycin effect are probably due to preferential distribution drug in tissue.
