摘要: Abstract This paper integrates fluid manipulation, single-cell trapping, and impedance measurement into a parallel-plate chip. Liquid dielectophoresis (LDEP) dielectrophoresis (DEP) are utilized to manipulate sucrose solution HeLa cells in chip, respectively. The with is transported by LDEP.
