摘要: We examined the proteins for intra-tumor heterogeneity in colorectal cancer. Tumor cells localized ulcer floor, central area, and invasive front, as well normal epithelial were recovered from surgical specimens by laser microdissection. Proteome data generated 2D-DIGE mass spectrometry. By distinguishing tumor based on tissue localization, we observed 88 protein spots at a different intensity cell groups compared to cells. On contrary, when localization of was not taken into account, only 1 spot newly detected with intensity. The identified corresponded functionally expected phenotypes that particular region: stress response glucose metabolism found apoptosis associated front. These results suggested following: (1) proteome may reflect effects microenvironment cells, (2) should be considered sampling process comparing (3) can expect novel findings backgrounds using proteomic approach.
