摘要: In this detailed phytochemical study of Narcissus cv. Professor Einstein, we isolated 23 previously known Amaryllidaceae alkaloids (1-23) several structural types and one undescribed alkaloid, 7-oxonorpluviine. The chemical structures were identified by various spectroscopic methods (GC-MS, LC-MS, 1D, 2D NMR spectroscopy) compared with literature data. Alkaloids which had not been studied for cytotoxicity before obtained in sufficient amounts assayed their cytotoxic activity on a panel human cancer cell lines different histotype. Above that, MRC-5 fibroblasts used as control noncancerous line to determine the general toxicity tested compounds. was evaluated using WST-1 metabolic assay. growth all inhibited pancracine (montanine-type alkaloid), IC50 values range 2.20 5.15 µM.
