摘要: Abstract In our previous studies we assessed the biochemical response of juvenile seabream to exposure three selected polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) (phenanthrene, pyrene and fluorene) in short-term laboratory experiments. Since analyses conducted field it is much more natural expect presence multiple contaminants at same time, objective this study was analyse reaction a mix PAHs tested previously. The proportions individual components PAH used experiments were constant determined on basis concentration addition concept. We measured set hepatic biomarkers: 7-ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase (EROD), glutathione-S-transferase (GST), catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD) lipid peroxidation; as well biliary fluorescent compounds (FACs) metabolites. Moreover, calculated biotransformation index, condition factor hepatosomatic index. Only few these indicators provided statistically significant exposures, while FACs showed very strong increase with increasing PAHs. results research are expected contribute establishment good index mixtures experiments, which can be further useful dealing impact organic pollutants marine organisms.
