摘要: Purpose Previous research has led to the recognition of a cGMP signaling pathway governing drug transport. This study is investigate whether inhibitors phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which increase intracellular levels, modulate cytotoxicity and uptake anti-cancer drugs in cancer cells.
