摘要: Abstract 1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D 3 (1,25(OH) 2 ), the biologically active metabolite of vitamin D, and Δ 22 -26-F -1,25-dihydroxyvitamin (Δ -1,25(OH) a synthetic analog with high affinity for receptor, significantly inhibited interferon-γ (IFN-γ) secretion in 24- 48-h cultures pokeweed mitogen (PWM) ovalbumin (OVA) stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear leukocyte (MNL) from adult, OVA-sensitized dairy cattle. Vitamin D-induced inhibition IFN-γ production was most pronounced MNL supplemented 1,25(OH) at 1.0 nM or more, concentration equal to exceeding that plasma cows clinical hypocalcemia. Secreted undetectable all resting cultures. Ultra-low concentrations (0.0001, 0.001, 0.01 nM) had no effect on by PWM-stimulated bovine MNL, unlike previous study other species demonstrating enhancement these concentration. Preincubation 1,25(OH (10 absence PWM 1 h did not affect subsequent control -supplemented, indicating sterol must be present time activation IFN-γ. Interferon-γ 0, 4, 8, 16, 24 into incubation period. Overall, data indicate inhibits mitogen- antigen-activated vitro, suggests milk fever-related therapeutically induced elevations cow may influence vivo activated leukocytes.
